Dave Fellabaum

With more than 30 years of experience in the media industry and a strong foundation in information technology and systems, Dave brings a unique blend of operational expertise and technical insight to his role as Director of Compliance. He currently leads the company’s efforts to achieve SOC 2 compliance, align with U.S. data protection and privacy laws, and maintain GDPR compliance.

Before stepping into compliance leadership, Dave was responsible for enterprise IT and Information Systems operations at Trib Total Media, overseeing systems management, cybersecurity, and business continuity planning. These experiences gave him a deep understanding of data storage, processing, and security—insight that now plays a critical role in evaluating infrastructure and data-handling practices through the lens of regulatory compliance.

Dave earned a Bachelor of Science in Security and Risk Analysis from Penn State University, a program designed to equip professionals with the tools to understand, assess, and manage risk in both physical and digital environments. Jennifer Walters

A graduate of Slippery Rock University, Jennifer Walters embarked on her career as Financial Planning Manager for Philadelphia Newspapers, where she honed her expertise in financial management and planning. 

Her subsequent role on the Global Consolidation Team with Marconi Communications (now Ericsson) further expanded her experience in global operations and strategic consolidation. In 2003, Jennifer joined Trib Total Media as Finance Manager, progressing through various leadership roles, including Chief Strategic Planning Officer, Corporate Controller, and ultimately, Chief Financial Officer in 2011. 

Throughout her career, Jennifer has consistently demonstrated a commitment to collaborative leadership, creative problem-solving, and delivering results-driven solutions. As a seasoned executive, she is adept at developing and implementing strategic plans that drive business growth and success.
